Bharat Command & Protection Services Ltd. (BCPS) was founded in 2008 by Retired Major Rajesh Jadhav of the Indian Army, with a clear vision: to bring military-grade discipline, leadership, and reliability to the civilian security sector. After decades of dedicated service to the nation, Major Jadhav recognized the growing need for professional security solutions that combined on-ground vigilance with strategic planning. What began as a small team of ex-servicemen has since grown into a nationwide security organization, trusted by businesses, institutions, and communities alike.
